Psychology


Psychology is the study of cognitive use (thinking, understanding, learning and remembering) of people and the way they conduct themselves and especially towards others. It is about familiarity with self and changing from a wrong mentality of self to a correct perspective.

Psychology includes a consciousness of self,

shifting from a wrong perception of self (mental illness)
  • self centeredness
  • self hate
  • absence of self control

to a correct perception of self (mental health)
  • self respect
  • self actualization
  • balance
  • right relationship
